[vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/1″][vc_custom_heading]Physikal[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text]\"\"Originally (and very much still) an avid hip-hop fan, Jamie went to his first jungle rave in 1996 ; Roast at The Sanctuary. For the next few years he found himself in Labyrinth at The Four Aces club every weekend, whilst also going to the various big raves around the south, such as One Nation, United Dance, Helter Skelter and Desire (whom he would become a resident for in the early-mid 2000’s).<\/p>\n

Listening to the likes of Randall, Andy C, Mampi Swift and Zinc, inspired him to buy some decks and a few vinyl, and his passion for mixing began.<\/p>\n

He met his fellow Eruption DJ and long time friend Mikey D-Mix whilst playing on Addiction FM (they later promoted their night Drum Project together), and where he also met fellow DJ Steve Uplift. This lead to bookings at small venues, then a residency at Desire, Drum and Bass Arena and a few other radio stations in and around London.<\/p>\n

For the last few years Jamie has taken a step back to spend time with his family in the north of England, whilst still enjoying listening to tracks from years past.<\/p>\n
